The Wan Guo Cheng MOMA project (Buildings 3 and 4) is situated in No. 1, Xiangheyuan Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing. It covers 8,051.00 square meters of land, with its total floor area of 60,514.63 square meters. It is a new type of buildings featuring high-tech content, modern art, high comfort, small energy consumption and sustainable development, reflecting the concept “high-tech housing with constant humidity and temperature” which was first put forward by Modern Green Development Co., Ltd in China. The project is located in the center of Gaoliying Town, Shunyi District, Beijing, with its land area of 183,160.50 square meters and floor area of 99,957.00 square meters. MOMA Wan Wan Shu (II) is a low-density housing project. Geographically, it is situated to the north of the Central Villa District, making it possible to access to the mature supporting facilities of the Central Villa District, but enjoying a quieter environment than the center of the Central Villa District.
