The Wan Guo Cheng MOMA project (Buildings 3 and 4) is
situated in No. 1, Xiangheyuan Road, Dongcheng District,
Beijing. It covers 8,051.00 square meters of land, with
its total floor area of 60,514.63 square meters. It is a
new type of buildings featuring high-tech content, modern
art, high comfort, small energy consumption and
sustainable development, reflecting the concept “high-tech
housing with constant humidity and temperature” which was
first put forward by Modern Green Development Co., Ltd in
China. The construction of the project commenced in July
2003, and was completed in September 2005.

The project is located in Xiangheyuan Road, Dongcheng
District, Beijing, adjacent to the business zone along
East Second Ring and the traffic hub of Dongzhimen, and
enjoying good advantages in geographical location. With
its land area of 60,004.32 square meters and floor area of
213,032.00 square meters, it was designed by Steven Holl,
a world-class architectural master. It is characterized by
a loop air corridor that connects 8 buildings, a hotel of
modern art and a multifunctional theatre above water,
offering strong space feelings. Meanwhile, the project has
adopted the geothermal pump energy supply program as well
as a series of advanced energy saving techniques for
architectures. It was rated as one of the “seven miracles
in architectural engineering in the world in 2006” by the
US magazine Popular Science and one of the “ten miracles
in architecture in the world in 2007” by the US weekly
magazine Time, winning the “2008 Architectural Award for
Sustainable Development” awarded by American Institute of
Architects.

The project is located in the center of Gaoliying Town,
Shunyi District, Beijing, with its land area of 183,160.50
square meters and floor area of 99,957.00 square meters.
MOMA Wan Wan Shu (II) is a low-density housing project.
Geographically, it is situated to the north of the Central
Villa District, making it possible to access to the mature
supporting facilities of the Central Villa District, but
enjoying a quieter environment than the center of the
Central Villa District. As far as quality is concerned,
MOMA Wan Wan Shu (II) is a well-decorated housing
featuring high comfort and energy efficiency and a
combination of architectural arts and technology, having
powerful competitiveness. It was rated as a “Pilot Project
of Green Architectures” by International Housing
Association (IHA) in September 2007.

District, Beijing, covering 64,455.30 square meters of
land, with its floor area of 193,653.89 square meters. The
Shang Di MOMA project is a residential community with
multi-storey prefabricated buildings, adjacent to the
Shangdi Information Industrial Base of Zhong Guan Cun, the
center for high-tech development in China, featuring fast
growth in economy, population and per capita income. Over
recent years, this area has been one of the hottest spots
in Beijing in terms of real estate, witnessing a rapid
rise in trading volume and price. The project is our MOMA
model in Beijing, having a unique architectural style, and
employing many advanced energy-efficient architectural

90,313.89 square meters. In November 2004, the
construction of the POP MOMA project as the follow-up part
of the Wan Guo Cheng MOMA project commenced. It has
adopted the leading architectural techniques and design
philosophy that were ever employed by the Wan Guo Cheng
MOMA project, and has also improved them considerably. The
project is widely favored by customers and social circles.
Modern Green Development Co., Ltd. has devoted itself to
developing housing products, with the transition from high
comfort and low energy consumption to high comfort and
micro energy consumption, eventually high comfort and zero
energy consumption. The sustainable development of human
ecology, ethnic culture and urban art life is its

started in December 2004, and was completed in April 2007.
